106 Storage has climate controlled and non climate controlled self storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’x 9’ to 10’ x 30’ x 9’, and oversize commercial units measuring 14’ x 46’ x 18’ — large enough to store the largest RV or heavy construction equipment. (Doors to all but the largest units are approximately 8’ high. Interior spaces to all but the largest units are 9' high.)
Rules and Suggestions
Prorating and Refunds: No prorating or refunds will be granted on rent.
Trash: Remove all trash and unwanted items from your storage unit. Tenant is responsible for off site disposal of all items. Haul your own trash away; rent does not include trash services. (Note: for articles left outside of the building, there will be a charge for hauling away.)
Vacate Policy: When you plan to vacate, you must give our manager verbal or written notice at least 15 day prior to the end of your month.
Storage Unit Features
All of our climate controlled and non-climate controlled units are protected by high-quality rubber membrane roofing to ensure that the elements stay outside where they belong. Heated units are warmed by even radiant floor heating to protect against wide temperature variations and excess drying. Covered exterior storage is also available. And thorough security measures ensure your safety while protecting your property.
Non-Climate Controlled Units
Non-climate controlled units are ideal for most household or business items, including furniture, books, clothing, dishes, bedding, motorcycles, etc..
These units can also be used to safely store small recreational vehicles, including motorcycles, three wheelers, small boats, jet skis and snowmachines.
